Story of Bulma Briefs
Every Dragon Ball Z Action Figure Collection needs the longest running female character named Bulma. I only have one cute Bulma Action Figure, but my collection is still growing. Here’s a little background on the Bulma Action Figures…
Bulma Briefs is a fictitious character in the Anime Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, & in Dragon Ball GT. She’s a human being and she’s the parent of Trunks. In Dragon Ball, she’s among the 1st primary fictional characters that, along with Goku, hunts for the 7 dragon balls that, once joined will award a wish. She keeps on appearing in all the 3 series, however she’s not ever as significant as she is during the start of the Dragon Ball.
Bulma first comes along in the Dragon Ball manga made by Akira Toriyama, fand then she appears in three anime adaptations. Bulma makes her debut in the opening chapter Bulma and Son Goku intially put out in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in the eighties. She was first depicted in a secondary role following to the main character named Son Goku. Bulma’s function is promptly minimized as the series goes along, although she does carry on her function as a secondary character for the rest of the sto
ries.
Bulma is the child of doctor. Briefs who is the founder of Capsule corporation. Capsule coporation a fictitious corporation that makes special capsules that are frequently employed to hive away things of assorted sizes. Being the child of a bright scientist, Bulma is as well a scientist, and an inventor / engineer. She’s most attributable for cooking up the Dragon Radar, a fictitious device that’s specially created to find the energy signal gave off by a Dragon Ball.
Bulma’s function as an inventor gets crucial at numerous times during the series. Many of her creations were great parts to several storylines, including a microband that could shring her and the time machine that fetched her son Trunks to the past during Dragon Ball Z and the generator which permitted her husband Vegeta to accomplish Super Saiyan 4 in Dragon Ball GT.
Bulma is the Dragon Ball’s longest running female character. While she’s only called “Bulma” throughout the serial, the English language versions imply that Briefs or Brief is her surname. As usual in the Dragon Ball world, last names are founded on themed objects. In th case of Bulma Briefs, these are types of undergarments. Bulma is founded on a Japanese wordplay that refers to bloomers (a type of gym shorts).
Her Japanese voice is from Hiromi Tsuru and in the English language version her voice is from Tiffany Vollmer. Her first English language voice actor was Lalainia Lindbjerg. After the Canadian version came back, Maggie Blue O’Hara assumed the voice role for Season 5. During the former Harmony Gold English Dragon Ball dub from the eighties, she’s called Lena.
Bulma bears a rather feisty, spirited, emotional personality. She’s rather spoiled and conceited. She’s acknowledged for her high intellegence, and is a mastermind inventor. She will do anything it takes to acquire what she desires and she will not allow anything to get in her way.
Having written all that, I think I’m going to go get me another Bulma Action figure to add to my collection. Is this an addiction?
